According to Psychology Today, Emotional Focused Therapy or more commonly referred to as EFT, is a short-term form of therapy that focuses on adult relationships and attachment/bonding.

All of our counselors here specialize in EFT, and believe it can be very beneficial to the success of relationships. It is a therapy that focuses on better communication, and identifies patterns that lead to distress or success in the relationship. Our counselors are confident that EFT can provide our clients with the tools they need, in what ever type of relationship they might be seeking counseling for.
