JULIE
Office Manager
An Indiana native, Julie received her Bachelor’s of Exercise Science at Purdue University. After graduation, she pursued a career in health club management in Nashville, TN, and then moved to the Greater Phoenix Area where she fell in love with the sunshine and mountains. Julie is passionate about breaking the mold, and loves to help individuals find the inner strength to live their best lives. Possessing a life-long interest in mental health and psychology, cultivated by her life’s experiences, she transitioned careers to be our Office Manager. She loves learning about psychology and entrepreneurship, while building relationships with our clients.

In her free time, Julie enjoys traveling, hiking, exercising, and spending time with her family, friends, and cat. She also spends a lot of time podcasting; Julie co-hosts a podcast centered around growth, empowerment, and self-love, which aims to help people live their best lives.

EMILY
Administrative Assistant
As a mental health advocate, Emily loves interacting with individuals in her day-to-day life. She attended college at Grand Canyon University where she received her Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. Emily plans to pursue her passion to become a Clinical Psychologist through Midwestern University.

Emily enjoys enhancing her knowledge and experiences to better help the people around her. She also enjoys her second job as a bartender on the weekends because it keeps her moving, much like her other hobbies, such as going to the gym, playing with her cat, and going on adventures with her fiancé. As Biltmore Psychology and Counseling’s Administrative Assistant, Emily strives to incorporate her passion and psychology background to individualize each clients’ experience and assist with any scheduling needs.
