KEELE
Director of Operation
Keele Reese is the Director of Operations for Biltmore Psychology and Counselling. She has worked in the medical field since 2008 and worked her way up from receptionist to Director of Operations. Keele has experience working with a diverse group of medical practices throughout the years including Pediatrics, Pulmonary, and Neurology. Making the switch from the medical side of things to working in the mental health space has been incredible and rewarding, says Keele. She takes pride in performing those non-clinical tasks that allow our clinicians to do what they were meant to do, see clients and help them in their journey to become the best version of themselves. Keele oversees the daily operations, including supervising the front office staff and the clinical team, accounting, human resources, and all that comes with business management. Keele is passionate about helping to reduce the stigma around counseling and truly wants the best for those in our community and beyond.
Outside the office, Keele loves spending time with family and her pets; she also enjoys swimming, paddle boarding, boating, painting, traveling, and trying delicious new foods!
