Susan Self is a licensed professional counselor working with Biltmore Psychology and Counseling. She has over 20+ years of experience, in a variety of settings like private practice, community mental health, Christian counseling, and community parenting groups. She has a broad range of specialties including couples counseling, individual counseling, and group counseling. Susan is trained in the most effective approaches and techniques in psychotherapy which she utilizes when addressing communication with distressed couples, helping individuals take emotional risks, and building compassion to achieve their goals. Her specialties include, anxiety and depression, career advice, stress management, being a caretaker for an aging loved one, marriage and couples counseling and much more.
